Once your order has been provisioned, please follow the below steps to complete the onboarding process.

1️⃣ Admin Credentials

• You will receive the admin login credentials and the Login URL on the email address provided while placing the order.

  (📌 Please also check your spam/junk folder.)

• The same details will also be shared via WhatsApp on the registered mobile number provided at the time of order.

Use these credentials to log in to the Admin Panel.

2️⃣ User Creation

There are two ways to create user accounts, Follow the steps shown in the video tutorial to create users.

• a) Single User Creation

• b) Bulk User Creation
