RediffmailPro Standard Version

• You need to go to our website that is http://businessemail.rediff.com
• Click on sign in- then USER PANEL on the right top corner of the web page.
• Enter your User Id eg. (******* @hotmail.com)  followed by the portal password.(if you do not remember the same kindly click on forgot password and reset the same.)
• Once done under My Account there is an option to purchase additional emails by clicking option Buy additional Basic IDs.
• Select the number of email id’s required (minimum is 5 additional ids).
• Fill in the details and proceed with the payment. Once the payment is done.
• You will be receiving an order no as the confirmation of the same.

RediffmailPro Enterprise Version

• You will have to contact your account manager to add more id under you domain.
