1. I do not remember my Control Panel Password, how do I log in?
If you forget your Business Associate control panel password, then follow the steps mentioned below.
1) Go to https://businessemail.rediff.com
2) On Top right-hand side, you will see a LOGIN button click on that.
3) Click on Reseller Panel.
4) Click on Forgot Password link
5) Mention your partner email id & follow the steps mentioned on the screen.
6) You will then get a password reset link on your partner email address. Kindly link on the click and proceed with new password changes.

2.Domain name is already purchased. Can I purchase only email services from Rediffmailpro?
YES, it is not mandatory to buy both domain & email services from a single service provider only. You can purchase only email services with Rediffmailpro. You just need to map your domain’s MX record to Rediffmailpro servers for the email services to function.
