The article explains the prerequisite steps that will help to configure Hybrid Setup between Google Workspace & Rediffmail for Work.
Please follow the steps given here:
1) Create a few users on Rediff that are not part of Google Workspace –
Kindly login to the admin panel
username – admin@domain
password – password of the account
Under admin panel >> Single user management Add user — You can create the email accounts here.
2) DNS Records – You need to create txt records in your DNS.
a) Domain Verification Record
Type = TxT
Host = @
Value = verify_domain
So, if your domain is epromails.in then the Value will be “verify_epromails.in”
b) SPF record – You need to edit the existing SPF record.
Given below are the SAMPLE SPF records changes
Existing Record might look like – v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.google.com ~all
SPF record with Rediff records will look like this = v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.google.com include:_spf.rediffmailpro.com ~all
Note: These are sample records for information purposes. To change your domain SPF changes, kindly connect with our support team & they will share the SPF record for your domain.
3) Mail Routing – You need to enable Mail Routing Feature in the Admin Panel.
Login to admin >> Domain Level Management >> Mail Routing —- Click on Enable (These settings will take around 30 mins)
