When you send an email, it is almost immediately delivered to the recipients. However in the background there are multiple events that happens to make sure that the intended email is delivered properly.
While majority of the emails are delivered properly. Sometimes there can be problems with email deliverability. These problems can be either at the sender or receiver end.

None of my users are receiving emails
There can be multiple reasons for users not receiving emails.
- MX Record – You need to check the MX record of your domain, it has to point to Rediff Servers. If the MX record is not pointing to Rediff then the incoming emails will get affected.
Steps to check the MX record are explained in this video tutorial. - Incoming Restrictions – There is a possibility that the Administrator has mistakenly set incorrect restrictions for incoming emails & hence all the incoming emails are getting bounced to the sender. How to set proper Incoming Restrictions is explained in this video:

Which DNS records do we need to add or edit for using Rediffmail Enterprise Emails?
- Webmail
You need to point the cname record for your webmail i.e mail.example.com / webmail.example.com to platform.rediffmailpro.com This will help you access the emails over the web interface.
- MX records
Point the MX records of the domain “example.com” to mail.rediffmailpro.com with Preference/Priority = 10 This record is very important to activate your account.
- SPF record
SPF records are a type of DNS TXT record commonly used for email authentication You need to add the mentioned txt record – “v=spf1 redirect=_spf.rediffmailpro.com -all”

Change DNS records: Set up MX & CNAME records
To activate Rediffmail Enterprise Mailing, your domain’s MX records must be pointing to Rediffmail servers.
You can add/Manage MX records using the control panel given by your domain host or hosting provider (wherever your current DNS is pointing).
