Note: Once upgraded, you cannot switch back to the business email plan. - Can you highlight some important points while switching from Rediffmailpro Business to Enterprise Plan?
The switch between the plans is an automatic process & you just need to choose the best-suited Enterprise plan as per requirement. There will be no change in the MX record of your domain, it will be the same. Once moved to Enterprise Plan, you will get all features of the same like Customized login page & Branding options, Auto Quota Management, Group domain management, Mail Delivery Reports, Password Policy, Users access policies & many more
Note: For all enterprise accounts, a dedicated admin account is created by default i.e admin@yourdomain.com. Once you switch from business to enterprise plan, your existing admin of the business account will become inactive & the new admin account will be admin@yourdomain.com - How will I get the admin login credentials of the Enterprise account?
Once the account is moved from business to enterprise plan, an order will get generated & an email with admin credentials will be sent to the registered/shopping email account mentioned in the system. - What is the best suggested time to switch from business to enterprise plan?
You can switch to an enterprise plan anytime during the subscription period of your business plan, If the business email plan still has time for expiry then any amount already paid will get adjusted on Pro-rata calculation basis & the system will show the adjusted amount. - I have different billing cycles in the business plan, on switching to Enterprise plan, will this remain the same?
As mentioned in the above point, all the different billing cycles will be considered & while moving to enterprise plan all of them will be clubbed to only 1 expiry date. This expiry date will be taken for a year from when the order for the enterprise plan is provisioned. The amount already paid will be adjusted as per pro-rata calculations.
For Eg: If a business plan has expiry dates on January, February, March of this or the coming year & you want to place the enterprise plan in January this year then the amount for February & March or any future expiry period will be adjusted & the enterprise plan expiry date will be set for January month next year. - While upgrading, Can i downsize /reduce the number of my current rPro user licenses (email IDs or mailboxes)? If yes by whom, when, where and how?

All customers who have upgraded from business to enterprise & also the customers who have directly purchased enterprise can now renew the email package online. Just go to Admin >> Blah Blah & renew. (flow not yet known) - I have a business plan & just want more space, currently, I don’t want to switch to an Enterprise plan.
