Adding users to your rediffmailPro account
- How to add users to your RediffmailPro account?
RediffmailPro Standard Version
- You need to go to our website that is http://businessemail.redifcom
- Click on sign in- then USER PANEL on the right top corner of the web page.
- Enter your User Id eg (******* @hotmail.com) followed by the portal password. (If you do not remember the same kindly click on forgot password and reset the same.)
- Once done, under My Account there is an option to purchase additional emails by clicking option Buy additional Basic IDs.
- Select the number of email ids required (minimum 5 additional ids needs to be purchased).
- Fill in the details and proceed with the payment. Once the payment is done.
- You will be receiving an order number as the confirmation of the same.
RediffmailPro Enterprise Version
- There is a feature called user management in the admin panel.
- This feature gives the Administrator a control over all type of user management activitiesand enables him to manage them in an efficient manner.
- Add User/Email id-It enables the administrator to add a single user /email id at any given time
