A Shared Mailbox is a mailbox that multiple users can use to read and send email messages.

Enable External Email Warning Tag in Exchange Online. External email warning helps to alert users from clicking malicious links, phishing emails sent by external senders. It plays a important role in protecting against spam and phishing threats.

Edit/Update the existing user’s profile. i.e. Name, Mobile number, DOB, etc.

You can Restrict the below services / protocols for all / selected users. POP / IMAP / Rediffmail APP / SMTP   e.g. So if you restrict the SMTP / POP , user will be able to configure the account in Email client with POP.    

You can set the Auto-Forwarder to  internal or external email addresses. So incoming emails will be  automatically forward or redirect messages sent to your mailbox to another account.
